Points loss after bug

I was playing squad battles in ultimate team. I was playing a match and was winning 11-0. After the game when it was loading it kicked me completely out of the game. When i restarted the game. And went back to squad battles it says that i lost that game 3-0. I needed the points from that game to go to elite 2 and get the ultimate tots pack. I feel very frustrated because now i cant have my pack that i worked really hard for. Plaese help me to get my points for the game i won 11-0 fair and square. If i dont get the points i cant get into elite 2 and i wont have my pack i worked for. Plaese help. Ty very much for the understanding.
