Preorder bonuses not received by september 21

I preordered fc 26 on august 16! I still not have anything from the pre order bonus, not the icon pack, not the premium pass, not the evo slot. Nothing! Only the game is playable from the early access, but nothing else is received. Im from Hungary and im cant write a ticket to ea about this only this forum option is available... Anyone with the same issues?
