Missing Premium Pass and Squad Battles Rewards and Coins

I Pre Ordered Early August for Rewards. Where is Premium Season Pass ? Squad Battles also have some problem. No Points , No Coins = No Rewards.. Sometimes I play the match after all but doesn't count. End of the game sometime show the reward but back to menu have nothing.  😒.  

So I early pre order ultimate edition but icon Pack,  Rewards, Season Pass and play times.. like a scam. Please fix fast. Because after all No meaning pay full money !
