server issues

I respectfully won a rivals game and when the match awards should come up, it throws me out of ultimate team, ofc giving me a dnf. This happened for the 2nd time already and its so annoying it stalls my progress. (I played against a ps player so it couldnt have been a cheater). EA please fix this or at least give me my 2 wins back with the 2x win rate
