slow gameplay and input delay on PC

for the past few weeks the games as played awful it seems to take ages for my players to respond at first i thought it was my controller but I've purchased a new one and the problem persists I've also looked up online solutions but none of the seem to work and i know its a pc problem because I've been on a family members PS5 and the game feels fine, very responsive and just all around better if the is any solutions to this can someone please help me or can EA just fix the **bleep** thing thanks.

    it must be a global thing for pc then because I've seen a lot of talk online and there having the same issues but i don't get why there taking forever to resolve the issue because there's only so long i can play like this i get bored after a few games and playing champs like this is virtually unplayable

    pc   When I play at 30 frames per second, it improves somewhat, but it quickly reverts to lag. I then change something in the display settings, and it improves again. I don't know what the problem is. pc
