So EA when do we actually pull a top promo card

Do you guys just lie and steal our money or do we actually pull decent promo cards ever? What's going on EA i wanna know why I haven't pulled a decent card all year? Nothing worth over 150,000 coins ...

    Hey Mickeyg1988​ things like pack luck are not and have never been part of the game.

    When opening a pack, you have the same chance of packing any one item as any other user.

    If not happy with pack contents, then it's worth playing the game for rewards, which you can use to trade on the transfer market.

    It's important to remember to have fun when playing.

With respect, this response doesn’t make sense and appears contradictory.

If packs display probability odds, then by definition outcomes are based on chance. That inherently involves luck — there’s no way around that. If an item has a 1 in X probability, receiving it is not guaranteed; it’s a probabilistic outcome.

Saying that “pack luck is not part of the game” while also acknowledging probability-based packs is inconsistent. Probability and luck are directly linked concepts in this context.

Also, suggesting that all users have the same chance does not remove the role of luck — it simply means the system is uniformly random. The outcome for each individual is still dependent on chance.

To be clear, this is not about dissatisfaction with results, but about accurately describing how the system works. Probability-based rewards are, by nature, luck-driven.

Clear and consistent communication on this would be appreciated.

    Pack luck refers to the idea that people have that their pack luck is dependent on who they are SpartanLogan23​.

    When you open any one pack, you have the same chance of packing any one item as any other user.
