Switch from pc to ps5

Hello everyone, I have a question. I’m playing FC26 on PC, but sometimes I feel like I’m experiencing frame drops even though I have a high-end gaming PC. My question is: is it the same on PS5? Has anyone compared it? Especially since the transfer market on PC is pretty empty

the second question will I have to unlock the transfer market on ps5 again even if I use the same ea acc ?
