I know how to report users, but the link you shared doesn't have a field where I can add a video. I can only write "hey, this user is cheating," and the response I get is "hey, we reviewed your report and took no action." If you bothered to watch the video I shared, you would see the cheating. EA's reporting system is really terrible. It's very disappointing that the world's largest gaming company is so bad at handling these kinds of issues. So, can you tell me what I should do? I'm dealing with someone who is 100% cheating and stealing my rights, and I want this resolved fairly. What I want is very simple.
The cheats are sold online for 15$ and fc 26 cheat is released before the game so what you expect them to resolve?

They can ban the cheaters.
They are banning some cheaters but it's usually only for one week. I don't know if they also ban ALL their EA IDs because usually they have several.
What EA needs to do is to take reports seriously. Sometimes users can also make mistakes reporting people but if at least 2-3 are reporting the same players, they should ban them.
If they start banning people for 3 months, people will eventually stop cheating. This is really not rocket science.
If EA says that they are "serious about cheating" they need to take forceful action. If not, people will stop buying the game. I will definitely not buy next year's game unless I see this year that cheaters are truly being banned.
