The game is very slow, unlike my opponents who enjoy smooth gameplay.

I have a problem with my gameplay mode; it's very sluggish, unlike my opponents who play smoothly. Why is this? Please fix this issue for me, or tell me what the problem is if I can fix it. My ping is 6; why is my gameplay so sluggish while my opponents play smoothly? Also, I have absolutely no luck with the packs; why is that?
