Total BS packs probability

All I get is duplicate cards no new higher rated players. I literally have like 9 88-rated Gabriel and 7 Katoto. EA kucfing fix this thing. After grinding on Rivals, Squad battles, completing objectives and SBCs and opening almost 300 packs not a single TOTY card.
