TOTY Hero Pack
Why did I not receive the TOTY Hero Pack which everyone was supposed to receive? Did anyone else have this issue?

I opened a hero card the other week, and it’s been updated recently to the TOTY hero card, I got vialli for reference
If you opened the Hero pack the other week, your card gets upgraded to the TOTY version. If you didn’t, the pack will be in store.
My Hero Kewell went straight into an SBC, I’m a Leeds fan.. I was never using him.
