Transfer market on the apps not unlocking

I understand Transfer Market access on Web/Companion is automated and cannot be manually granted. However, this is a brand new PS5, brand new EA/PSN account, and only one Ultimate Team account has been used on this console. I have completed multiple (5) UTC active days with 3 full Squad Battles matches and Web/Companion login each day. Please do not tell me “play more” only. Please confirm whether there is any account restriction, device flag, ban, suspicious activity flag, or missing requirement preventing the automated system from unlocking access.

    Hey Rafkha123​,

    The EA Staff here on EA Forums doesn't have visibility into your account to confirm any of that, sorry. I can tell you we're not currently tracking any problems with these automated systems.

    If market access on the apps hasn't yet been granted to your account, we can only recommend that you keep playing the game regularly and maybe try different online game modes if you've only played Squad Battles lately.

    You can find additional information about the typical timeframes here; however, it might just take longer in your case.
