Transfer Market Restriction – Balance Transfer Flag (Need Clarification)

Hello Team,

I received a Transfer Market restriction in FC 26 for “Balance Transfer,” and I’m trying to understand what triggered it. I’ve been playing FIFA/FC for 8–9 years and always follow the rules. My account has never been involved in any third-party activity.

About a month ago, I invested in around 30 Lacroix cards for 10k each. Most were sold for 6k at a loss, and only a few increased later due to an evolution demand. This was just normal trading, not unusual coin movement.

I have spent many hours playing, grinding, and building my club legitimately, so this situation is very disappointing. I have already opened a case with EA Help, but it’s difficult since there is no direct communication for this type of issue and appeals take weeks.

    I’m following up because my Transfer Market restriction appeal (Balance Transfer flag) has been pending since 5 December, and I still haven’t received any update.

    I understand reviews take time, but it has already been several days with no communication. This restriction has completely stopped my ability to play properly since I can’t use the Transfer Market at all.

    What makes this even more disappointing is that genuine players like us have to face these issues, even when we have never been involved in any unfair activity. It feels very discouraging when honest players get affected like this.

    I kindly request a status update or escalation for my case.

    I have never purchased or sold coins, and my transfer history clearly shows normal trading only.

  • My account was banned from the transfer market and I strongly believe this was a mistake. I have never purchased or sold coins and have always played fairly.

    EA ToS reviewed my case twice, but I feel the investigation did not consider the full context of my transfer history — especially my investments where I actually made a loss.

    I request one more review or guidance because genuine players facing this issue is really sad. Thank you.

  • This is a complete disgrace. EA is accusing players without showing any proof and without giving any option to talk to a real human advisor. You just say “violation found” and close the case. That is not justice.

     

    I have played EA FC for many years, spent countless hours grinding matches and earning coins honestly. After all that time and effort, my account gets banned with zero transparency. No explanation, no evidence, no chat—just a copy-paste reply saying the matter is closed.

     

    If your system is 100% correct, then why are you afraid of a live chat review? I openly challenge any EA advisor to talk to me and prove where I cheated in any EA FC game. If I’m guilty, I’ll delete every EA game myself.

     

    This is how genuine players get punished.
