Unable to connect to Ultimate Team
Hi,
I’ve been unable to access Ultimate Team on my PS5 for the past 24 hours. The message I get immediately is:
“Connection to Ultimate Team is not possible at the moment.”
- All other game modes on PS5 work fine.
- I can log in to my EA account on PC and the Companion app without any issues.
- I’ve already tried:
- Restarting the PS5 completely
- Resetting my network / changing DNS (8.8.8.8 / 8.8.4.4)
- Disconnecting and reconnecting my EA account
It seems like a server issue or session bug, but I wanted to report it in case there’s something else I should try.
Can anyone help me resolve this?

ps : I had a some deconnexion AT the end of 4/5 games without reasons few days before my issue

Hi there. Please try using the web/companion app to delete your squads. Not the players, just the squads. Then, create a new squad, but leave it empty. Once that is done, try loading into UT. Let me know if that helps or not. Thanks!
