Ultimate team frozen

Every time I log into ultimate team and try to play it always pops up saying I don’t have the amount of players needed to play but when I try to add a player and exit the team is says it having trouble connecting to ultimate team severs I don’t know what to do please help I already tired to delete and redownload the game but it doesn’t work it’s been like this for 3 days
