Ultimately BOO-ster pack

I previously submitted a complaint about the same issue mentioned below, and I received an illogical response marked as “solved”???

I kindly request a proper resolution and fair compensation.

 I opened the Ultimate Star Player Pack that says it gives 50 rare gold players rated 84 or higher ( as shown in the photo ) , but I got several players under 84.

Where are my players??? I didn’t pay 150000coins for 80 rated
