Unable to Access FC26 Ultimate Team After Ban Period
Dear EA Support Team,
I am writing to request assistance regarding my FC26 account.
My account was suspended for 28 days on 30 January 2026 at around 6:00 AM. As of 28 February 2026 (00:00), the 28-day suspension period has officially passed. However, I am still unable to access Ultimate Team, and the system shows that I cannot connect.
In addition, when I log in through the web app, FC26 indicates that I am currently logged in on PC, but I am not actually logged in anywhere. This may be preventing access to Ultimate Team.
Could you please check my account status and confirm whether the suspension has been fully lifted? I would appreciate your help in resolving this issue as soon as possible.
