Unfair Ban – No Evidence and No Way to Contact Support
I am starting this discussion because my EA FC account was banned without any evidence or proof being shared with me. I was directly accused of cheating, even though I have never used cheats, exploits, or any unfair methods.
What makes this more frustrating is that there is no option to chat or email a real EA advisor. The appeal process only provides automated responses, which does not allow genuine players to explain their side or understand what went wrong.
I have spent many hours and real money on EA FC over the years. Being suddenly banned without transparency feels extremely unfair. I would rather stop playing a game I love than accept being falsely blamed for cheating.
If no proper response or clarification is provided, I believe I should be eligible for a refund for all EA FC games and related purchases, as it is not reasonable to take payment and then restrict access without explanation.
I am posting this so other players can share their experiences and so EA can understand how this process impacts genuine players.
