Unstable connection during ultimate team match in all modes

For past 3days alot of unstable connection during online matches in all modes online gaming and my network so good and all other game online no problem ,canot  and some times ping up to 2000 during match play i canot move the player tried everything ,spped test no problem contacted the net support they said from game server 

any solution ?
