Urgent request – accidental loss of Ultimate Team players by my 7-year-old child

Hello EA Support Team,

 

I am reaching out with deep respect and hope for your understanding regarding a very unfortunate situation on my FC 26 (FIFA 26) Ultimate Team account.

 

While I was not at home, my 7-year-old child accessed my console and entered Ultimate Team without my permission. Being very young, he did not understand what he was doing and accidentally quick sold several of my most valuable players and submitted my best cards into SBCs.

 

This Ultimate Team account means a great deal to me. I have invested my entire salary and personal income into building this team over time. Football and Ultimate Team are my main way to relax after long working days, and losing these players has been emotionally and financially very difficult for me.

 

I fully understand EA’s policies regarding user-initiated actions, and I take responsibility as the account owner. However, I am kindly and respectfully asking if there is any possible way my account or players could be reviewed or restored, even partially, as this situation was caused by a very young child and was completely unintentional.

 

This is the first time anything like this has ever happened on my account, and I have always followed EA’s rules and terms of service. I would be extremely grateful for any help, consideration, or solution you may be able to offer.
