Why is no community manager replying when the discussion is about cheating?

Has anyone seen a single community manager reply to valid questions about cheating?

The only thing I have seen is someone giving the link to how to report players. 

The thing is that EA stopped looking at these reports on Jan 4th. There is absolutely no point in wasting your time to fill in these reports anymore. They don't care about cheating which has been going on for over 15 years now.

There are very easy ways to stop cheating but EA is afraid that some people will spend less money. That's the real reason why they don't care.

So if you're a community manager, man up and reply to the questions here about cheating.

    Yeah all ive seen is telling people to report cheaters, to remove an image showing a cheaters ea id name or to tell people it might be a skill issue.

    cheating is really bad this year but ea haven't told us what is happening to stop it and haven't done anything to try and stop it.

    Has been worse this year. Matching up with atleast 2-3 hackers everytime I play WL. This is straight up sad "siht" from EA

    "No case history".....

    I literally reported a guy five minutes ago using EAs "official reporting template" which they say we should use...

    I have reported hundreds of players. Since Jan 4th they don't care anymore. This game is a scam.

    They don't care, they never have.

    I remember the big deal they made about coin buyers.

     

    Funny that every youtube video of EA 26 starts with "If you wanna buy cheap coins".

    EA won't stop this as no one would play there game.

    Indeed, "skill based matchmaking" which pairs the skilled players with Cronus, as both use all controls, while the noobs play with noobs and enjoying their game, especially if you have a good team, there is no need for skill, hopefully the game is better on PS, anyways, not worth of wasting a time in UT,  there is more than easy ways to solve the cheat issue, but it seems like that is not profitable for them. One simple idea is to make the engine which checks human reactions based on situations where the script is more active, for example auto duel avoid, last pass cat, shooting script, etc, and expand from there, should be enough to ban cronus like scripts in 3 games, with this system they pass almost all year without ban and we finish the year with very few fair play games on PC, should check reviews before buying the game,
