Hey man don’t worry I’ve been having the same. Got randomly banned out of no where and received 2 emails. 1st one said I was permanently banned then 20 minutes later another saying I was banned for 2 weeks. I’ve been appealing it and it is now day 10, they haven’t even gotten back to me. Ive messaged them multiple times along with getting on chats with those help stuff but they can’t do **bleep**.
Bro, i got banned in Dec.11,submitted an appeal in Dec.12. Never got a reply. I will never preorder this game anymore, i played since Fifa 20, preorder every year on the same account and be treated in this way, no more FC points and FXXXK EA and TOS team.
