Xbox Ultimate Edition - No Premium Pass

Question

Hi All,&nbsp;As the title suggests, I purchased the Ultimate Edition of the game, but I haven't received the premium pass yet. It's been about 2 days since I bought... I've tried turning it off and on, closing the game, playing the game, earning SP, etc., and still nothing.&nbsp;Has anyone on Xbox found a solution to this, or is there a community manager/ EA employee who can help remedy this?

I feel you. Pre ordered ultimate edition, and did not get the premium pass during early access. Contacted customer service about two weeks ago, but no response. Complete silence from EA, just as in every other thread in here regarding this issue. Yesterday I just got tired of waiting and bought the premium pass with FC points. (Also Xbox).
