Reduced Pack luck observed

Hi EA Sports Team,

I’m reaching out regarding a recurring issue I’ve noticed with my EAFC account’s pack luck over the past two game cycles (EAFC 25 and EAFC 26).

I currently have two accounts on my PlayStation 5:

Main Account (madgooner_04) – the account where I purchased the Ultimate Edition of the game and have used default FIFA Points.
RTG (Road to Glory) Account  – a secondary account where I play without spending any money or FIFA Points.

Since EAFC 25, I’ve observed a significant difference in pack luck between these two accounts. On my main account, I’ve consistently struggled to pack any meta or even mid-meta players, despite spending considerable time completing objectives, milestones, and playing competitive modes like Division Rivals and FUT Champions.

In contrast, my RTG account — where no money or FIFA Points have been used — has yielded much better pack outcomes. I’ve managed to pack several usable players, build at least a mid-competitive squad, and maintain a healthier coin balance, even though I’ve played the same number of games and completed the same objectives on both accounts.

This pattern was also present in EAFC 25, where I was unable to pack usable players until very late in the cycle. As someone who doesn’t trade heavily or spend additional money beyond the initial purchase, this makes it extremely difficult to remain competitive or enjoy the game modes that rely on strong squads.

I’m not expecting extraordinary pack luck — just a fair and balanced experience that allows for building a mid-level competitive team on both accounts through regular play. Currently, my main account’s progression feels artificially limited, and I can’t help but wonder if there might be some kind of hidden restriction, lock, or flag affecting my account’s pack luck.

Could you please look into this issue or provide clarification on whether any differences in pack probabilities or account flags might explain this experience?
