Your opponent has forfeit the match +you’ll be returned to main menu

I was playing ea 26 and I was winning the game when my opponent forfeited. However after the match ended it was counted as a loss ! My internet connection is good and stable please review the match log and correct the result as this matter affects my ranking in future champion
