Absolutely useless servers
Literally, every other game works fine. Try to load ultimate team and non stop loading icon or lag. Unplayable, biggest waste of £69.99. I want my money back before I raise this further

Hi there. Have you tried power cycling your equipment with these steps:
- Unplug your modem/router for 2 minutes
- Hard restart your console by holding down the power button until it turns off
- Power it all up and try playing again
If so, I'd like you to run the Connection Quality Report and get me a screenshot of the overall score. Thanks!
