Hello, I have a problem with EA SPORTS FC 27 on PC. When I try to enter a match, the screen turns black and the game does not display any image. My PC specifications:

• Processor: AMD Ryzen 7 8700
• Graphics card: Intel Arc B580
• RAM: 16 GB
• Operating system: Windows 11

I have already tried:

• Repairing the game through the EA app
• Updating my Intel Arc graphics driver
• Installing Windows updates
• Disabling the EA in-game overlay
• Changing display settings and V-Sync settings
• Restarting my computer

After using the “Repair” option, the game sometimes works, but after closing and reopening it, the black screen problem comes back. Other games work normally. Windows detects my Intel Arc B580 without any errors. Please help me determine the cause of this problem and let me know what logs or diagnostic files I should send you. Best regards
