FC 27 freezes at the start of extra time — risk of unfair loss

Hi EA Support,

I’m reporting a game-freezing issue in EA SPORTS FC 27.

During an online match, my game froze at the start of extra time. The screen is stuck, and the game is not progressing. The message displayed at the top says “Pause queued by BurpsNi”.

I’m concerned that if I leave the match, I’ll receive a loss despite the problem being caused by the game freezing.

I’ve taken a screenshot showing the issue as evidence.

Could you please investigate this problem and advise whether the match result can be protected or reviewed if I have to leave because the game is unresponsive?
