My EA SPORTS FC 27 ping has increased from approximately 6 ms previously to approximately 80 ms now, affecting gameplay responsiveness.

Connection: Wired Ethernet

I contacted Zain about this issue. Their support team told me the problem is with the game server rather than their network. I would appreciate EA investigating and confirming the cause.

Could you please review my recent match connection data and check whether I am being assigned to a different game data centre than before, and whether there are regional server or routing issues affecting players in Jordan? Please escalate this to the appropriate networking team if necessary.
