    Hi there. Thanks for reaching out. Try using the web/companion app to delete your squads. Not the players, just the squads. Then, create an empty squad. Next, try logging in again to UT. Let me know if that helps or not.

Hi, I’ve tried all the troubleshooting steps you suggested, but unfortunately, the issue remains the same.

I also noticed that there might be a connectivity issue between EA servers and my internet service provider.

When I use my mobile hotspot, I can access Ultimate Team (UT) without any issues. However, when I switch back to my home Wi-Fi (CelcomDigi), I’m unable to access UT.

I’ve also contacted CelcomDigi, but they were unable to identify the issue. They mentioned that it could be related to the game server having trouble connecting through their network.

Could you please investigate this further? It seems like the issue might be related to the connection between EA servers and CelcomDigi rather than my PS5 or game settings.EA_Aljo​
