I’ve reached out to EA 4 times.
They all say the same crap, they can’t help and they are blaming Steam.
Steam blames EA, it’s a loop.
The customers are the ones affected, even if this is a Steam error, in my case, is 1050FC Points.
This could easy me given by EA since I’ve shown more than enough proof that I’ve payed for the points.
Ridiculous company, 0 care for their player base.
