Fc27 unplayable

I'm experiencing extremely severe connection issues in FC 27. My ping regularly reaches 400ms or higher and has gone as high as 2600ms. The game is almost completely unplayable.

Sometimes I can't even join matchmaking or enter a queue. Other times, I get kicked out or disconnected. Occasionally, I can play one match normally, but then the same problems happen again for the next 3 or 4 attempts.

The lag is extremely frustrating and makes it almost impossible to enjoy online matches. This issue keeps happening repeatedly.

Is anyone else experiencing this problem on PC or consoles? Can EA please investigate the servers, connection issues, and matchmaking problems and provide an update on when this will be fixed?
