Freezing entire Computer during shader optmization.

I’m having an issue with EA SPORTS FC 27 on PC where the game completely freezes my entire computer during the shader compilation/loading process. It doesn’t just crash to desktop, Windows becomes completely unresponsive and I have to hard reboot the PC.

Here’s everything I’ve tried so far:

GPU: NVIDIA GeForce RTX 2060 SUPER
OS: Windows 11
- Tried launching FC 27 with -dx11
- Disabled the EA App overlay
- Disabled the NVIDIA overlay
- Completely reinstalled my NVIDIA graphics driver using Custom/Advanced → Perform a clean installation
- Checked the FC 27 local files/settings and cache
- Cleared the NVIDIA DXCache
- Ran an OCCT 3D Adaptive GPU stress test for 5 minutes — 0 errors, with a maximum temperature of around 87°C
- Monitored GPU temperature while launching FC 27 — the game still completely froze the PC at only around 57°C, so overheating doesn't appear to be the cause
- Checked Windows Event Viewer. After the forced reboot, I get Kernel-Power Event ID 41, with BugcheckCode = 0, consistent with the computer hard-freezing rather than experiencing a normal BSOD.

The freeze consistently happens around the shader compilation/loading stage of FC 27.

At this point, I've gone through quite a few of the standard troubleshooting steps, but the problem is still happening. I'm hoping someone has experienced the same issue or can suggest something else.

I am experiencing the same issues. I even updated the BIOS, but my computer keeps resetting.
