I’m about ready to delete the game and try and get a refund from my bank. Just played an entire game of fut champs won in overtime and as the rewards are loading it disconnects me kicks me to the menu and counts as a dnf so I “lose” the game. Ea needs to have better ways of detecting who’s actually leaving the game and when because there’s no reason that should happen

Yesterday I won a FUT Champions match. The match was fully completed and I did not quit.
Immediately after the final whistle, I was disconnected from the EA servers. When I returned to Ultimate Team, the match was counted as a DNF/loss instead of a win.
There were no connection problems during the match itself.
This has also happened to me in Division Rivals in FC 27. Please check the server logs for this match and restore the win if possible.
