Players and Ball Frozen out of nowhere

So, was playing my draft final, still in the game, literally the game starts and the players and the ball froze, while the fans in the back ground and the flags are still moving. Took this screenshot, i don't know why it says 90min but the game was literally starting, this guy that i am facing could be cheating for all i know. All i can do now is close and re open the game but i will get the loss and lose my draft for no reason. But i looked on twitter and found other people who encountered the same issue.
