Sky broadband issues

Same **bleep** situation waiting for 3-4 minutes at a time for the menu to unfreeze for a few minutes just to happen again not long after. If this issue doesn't get fixed this year it will be my last fifa. I expect a game that I pay for to work as intended not people to telle it's my fault even tho it only happens on there game 

Seen this has been raised multiple times already yet no fix. I can’t access a single menu in Ultimate team, everything crashes every second, I go into a game and it crashes. I can’t use the game whatsoever.

This isn’t even the first bug of this kind. If anyone was around to remember the Fifa 12 Virgin Broadband end of disconnect bug that only got fixed because BBC got involved..

This either needs a swift fix, reporting to an independent watchdog or refunds offered at the very least. What have I even paid £100 for exactly? I can’t access anything.

I’m have the same problem.its definitely a server issue.I can’t put 2 players in the gallery with out a freeze

does anyone else get the constant green triangle at the bottom of the screen when doing anything in the menus and it just stops you from doing anything ?

Can we please get some communication regarding the constant freezes and glitches related to UK users on sky broadband? Is this being investigated?

Not sure if you’ll reply , but I have just got sky broadband my self and the new fifa and I’m having to restart the game every 5 mins when using the menus , surely there’s a fix other then changing internet provider ? Any idea ? 

FOUND A FIX ITS AN ISSUE WITH THE SKY MAX HUB 

On a phone/PC connected to his Sky network, go to 192.168.0.1.

Log in — the username is normally admin, with the hub password on the router label. �

Sky Community

Go to Advanced → Device Discovery.

Find UPnP and set it to Enabled.

Save the setting. The hub may briefly disconnect/restart.

THIS FIXED IT FOR ME 

Exactly same issues and broadband provider. Only issue is with EAFC, all other games are fine.

An update would be good, and perhaps someone at EA might investigate? After all, you are losing revenue here.
