Community ManagerHi N05C0PeTHePOPe,
Thank you for reaching out and sharing your situation with us. I am so sorry to hear that your account was hacked and that your expensive tradeable players are gone.
Because this is an account security issue involving private player assets, we are unable to access your account, verify your login history, or manually restore lost content or coins directly here on the forums due to strict security and privacy protocols.
To secure your account immediately and prevent any further unauthorized access, please follow our guide on what to do when your account has been hacked. This will walk you through changing your password and enabling Login Verification to secure your credentials:
What to do if your EA Account was hacked
Once you have completed those security steps, please contact our support team to report the missing players and coins. You can start a live case by scrolling to the bottom of that security guide and selecting the Contact Us option. If you encounter any technical issues with the main portal, you can also use our direct backup webform to get in touch with an advisor.
I truly hope our team can investigate this for you soon and help secure your account. Thank you again for your patience and cooperation as we work through this together.
