Hello EA Team,
Since the latest FC 27 update, I keep getting disconnected from Ultimate Team every few minutes, even in the menu.
My internet works perfectly. I have tried reinstalling the game, changing DNS, clearing cache and many other fixes. Nothing helps.
I play on PC through Steam. Could an EA Community Manager please investigate this issue? I have been unable to play for over a week.

i think its not because of my internet i got wired connection, and im saying that i getting disconected in ultimate team in menu after 5-10min
It was disabled, but I have enabled it now.
Community Manager Do you have share usage data enabled from within FC 27?
Your test is really poor. That kind of score with that much packet loss is going to cause disconnects. You should contact your ISP to see if they can check for any issues. Also, try the steps in this article for connection troubleshooting.
Community ManagerWiFi could be the issue. Can you switch to a wire instead? Wireless is unstable and prone to disconnects/lag.

EA_Aljo Hi Buddyyy.. no not connected via any vpn.. it`s normal wifi and it was working fine. until before the update. Please get this fixed. we have missed out alot on the tokens already without any compensation.
