Ultimate TeamUnable kicked out of the Tactics menu during matches

Kicked out of the Substitutions and Tactics menu mid-match
While playing a match, whenever I try to make a substitution or change my formation/tactics from the pause menu, the game immediately kicks me back out of the menu. This makes it impossible to adjust my squad or tactics during a game.

issues have been occurring since EA SPORTS FC 26 and remain unresolved in FC 27. They significantly impact my ability to play Ultimate Team, Squad Battles, Rivals, and Champions properly.
