Unable to connect to EA servers

Whenever I enter any online match, a message like this appears at the start of the game, and I get kicked out of the online mode. Even though my internet connection is stable, this happens not only in Rush mode but also in Rivals and other online modes; as a result, I end up getting banned from Rush mode for up to an hour.

it says this;

Unable to connect to EA servers. Please check your internet connection, make sure the platform client is online, and try again. For more information, please visit ea.com/unable-to-connect.
