Very long loading screens and unable to access Ultimate Team since update

Since the most recent update, I experience very long loading screens at certain points and I have been completely unable to access online features on the game, mainly Ultimate Team.

I experience a very long loading screen (5 to 10 minutes) before I get to the Main Menu of the game and another when I select Ultimate Team. Once the game progresses me past the Ultimate Team loading screen, and I can see the current promos, the game displays an error message Connecting to Football Ultimate Team is not possible at the moment. You will now be returned to the Main Menu.

I have read the different forum discussions on this topic and tried the troubleshooting techniques and nothing has fixed the issue.

Troubleshooting techniques I have tried:

Checked for Update

Restored License

Tested Internet Connection

Changed DNS Settings to Manual

Cleared PS5 System Software Cache

Rebuilt PS5 Database

Deleted and Reinstalled game

 

I now feel that I've exhausted all different techniques that I can to try to fix this issue.

Has anybody else experienced this issue and been able to fix it? If so, let me know please.

    We need some sort of compensation, or all the objectives to be extended - I have half the scream tokens left to be collected but I can’t get on the game :/

    I’m on JIO fiber also and I’m experiencing the same

    the game is unplayable- extremely long wait times, always says ultimate team is not available at this time 

    when can we expect this update to be patched??

    **bleep** buddy. I thought it's just me.glad to hear I am not alone . I am from Mumbai as well and possibly we should be the last one to face this issue if it's the internet. These craps idk aren't doing anything about this. It's just disheartening

    Same here. I’m in Mumbai with jio fibre 100 mbps. Takes so long and then doesn’t work. After the update it started to happen.

    sometimes it logs in and then it’s so slow. Takes 5 mins to load a menu everything I switch tabs 

    no issue with gameplay in seasons whatsoever.

     

    this is crazy man they have really **bleep** yo badly for the money we pay. Plus it’s already on 30% disc. 

    ea when you read this I want you to know how disappointed we all are with your game and services in general. No one cares.

    Bro its literally the same issue i am facing too. Tried reaching out ea help and even posted on this forum. They dont seem to work on it or even care. Fut champs more than 7 games lost due to this same issue

    Same issue here.. I am jio fiber ..other games work fine ..it's just this .. compensate ea ... If u care
