I made my team on the web app and got very good players. But when I log in on my platform on the same ea account it started a new ultimate team and I can’t find my old team that I had grinded for. Can I get my old ultimate team back on my account?

Community ManagerWhen you say that you switched EA accounts, do you mean that you unlinked your PlayStation from its original EA account and linked it to a new one? Did you do that after you made your webapp progress?
Yes I have another ea account but I have logged in on the same account but a new ultimate team was made. i switched ea account on my PlayStation so I could play on my that account.

It sounds like it might be a case where you were signed in on a different platform on the webapp. What platform do you play on, and if you go to the settings on the webapp what platform does it show there?
