126 OVR Petr Čech Extremely Poor Reflexes/Goalkeeper Animations

I want to report what appears to be a serious issue with 126 OVR Petr Čech’s goalkeeper reflexes and animations in FC Mobile.

My Čech is fully trained 30/30, yet his in-game performance is nowhere near what his stats suggest. He has 214 reflex, He consistently fails to react to shots that should be saveable. In particular, he seems to struggle badly against finesse shots, headers, free kicks, half-power shots, and clinical finishes.

The most frustrating part is his animation. Instead of reacting immediately, Čech often just stands there watching the ball, then starts diving extremely late—sometimes when the ball has already passed him. With 214 Reflex, his reactions should be much more responsive.

I have attached a gameplay video showing an example of this behavior. The issue occurs consistently in H2H and against different opponents, so it doesn't appear to be limited to one particular opponent or situation.

What makes this even more confusing is that 125 OVR Courtois, despite having significantly lower Reflex stats, performs noticeably better for me. Courtois actually reacts to shots that Čech simply doesn't respond to.

I understand that no goalkeeper is supposed to save every shot, but this feels different. The problem is that Čech's animations and reaction speed don't seem to match his extremely high attributes.

I have already reported this to EA Support, and they documented it as potential feedback/bug information for the appropriate team. I'm posting here because I'd like to know if other players using Čech are experiencing the same thing.

Please check Čech's goalkeeper/reflex animations and make sure his in-game reactions properly reflect his stats.
