Hello EA SPORTS FC Mobile Support,
I would like to raise a serious complaint about my recent experience in Division Rivals, particularly Head-to-Head matches.
I have been playing FC Mobile regularly and consider myself an experienced and skilled player. However, I have repeatedly experienced situations where the gameplay suddenly changes dramatically during matches.
For example, after I build momentum or take control of a match, my players may suddenly begin making unusually poor passes, losing simple balls, taking unexpected touches, or clearing the ball in completely unrealistic directions. At other times, my defenders and goalkeeper appear to behave inconsistently, allowing my opponent to score several goals in a very short period.
What makes this particularly frustrating is that these situations do not feel like normal mistakes caused by my decisions. The controls and player behaviour can suddenly become inconsistent, making it feel as though the outcome of the match is no longer determined entirely by player skill.
I understand that I will lose matches sometimes, and I do not expect to win every game. However, I believe competitive matches should be decided primarily by player skill, decision-making, tactics, player performance, and a stable connection.
I am currently trying to progress in Division Rivals and have repeatedly struggled to move beyond approximately eight stars despite having a strong team and significant experience with the game. I frequently encounter sudden gameplay changes and momentum swings that make competitive progression extremely frustrating.
I respectfully ask EA SPORTS to investigate:
- Sudden changes in player responsiveness and passing behaviour during matches.
- Unexpected and unrealistic clearances or touches.
- Sudden defensive AI inconsistencies.
- Possible network desynchronization or server-related issues affecting gameplay.
- Whether matchmaking or gameplay systems can create unfair advantages or disadvantages during competitive matches.
I would appreciate it if the FC Mobile team could investigate these issues and ensure that competitive matches are as fair and consistent as possible.
