Subject: Unfair Distribution of Draft Rewards Due to Glitch – Request for Equal Compensation
Hello EA Support,
I am a player of EA Sports FC Mobile, and I would like to report a serious issue affecting the fairness of the game.
Recently, due to a glitch/bug, many players received around 200 draft rewards for free, while a large number of players, including myself, did not receive anything. This has created a clear imbalance and an unfair advantage in the game.
This situation is very frustrating, as some players have progressed without effort while others have been left behind.
Therefore, I strongly request that you take proper action regarding this issue. Players who did not receive these rewards should be compensated fairly and equally.
Since affected players received around 200 draft rewards, we expect to receive a similar amount of compensation (around 200 draft rewards) to restore fairness and balance.
If this issue is not properly addressed and fair compensation is not provided, many players may lose interest in the game and consider leaving it.
Please investigate this issue as soon as possible and ensure equal treatment for all players.

I agree with you entirely, it can't be because of a glitch, most people didn't get the 200 draft token, it should've been free for all. Or else it's not fair
I agree with him, it’s just not fair for the people who do it and don’t get anything and other just got 200 draft tickets. And yall said ya would give us small compensation now(compared to 200??!?)

Nah bro, think of the people who work hard like me to get a 121 F2P team! just imagine how hard that is and then a MULTI BILLION Dollar, and get this right MULTI BILLION dollar company does a silly mistake to give people an unfair advantage and nothing for the people who didnt use that advantage, like bro i work so hard to make a 121 team and EA does this like bro "Billion Dollar company" my ahh. The removal of the 200 draft rewards after the glitch is extremely disappointing. Many players, including myself, engaged with the game based on what was presented at the time. Taking it away without any form of compensation is unfair and reflects poorly on the player experience.
Regardless of it being a glitch, the responsibility lies with the game, not the players. Situations like this should be handled with proper compensation to maintain trust within the community.
I strongly request that you provide fair compensation to all affected players. Ignoring this issue will only damage player confidence and satisfaction.
I expect a proper response regarding this matter.

I definitely agree you should give only the player who didn’t receive 200 draft or more the responsibility depends on the game. If not many players will leave the game and you will 100percent regret. You will not understand how much it effect players without that 200 draft it really effect the game perspective. So please change.
I completely agree with you. EA must give at least 50 draft vouchers
