2x gems offer glitch i competed the offer didn't recieved the gems

I was playing a game called Puzzles & Chaos: Frozen Castle for 2x gems. I completed the required milestone but didn't got any gems i game i checked multiple times wtf is this glitch i grinded soo hard for this
