A bug/glitch of applications in league mode

Dear EA game developers,

Hello.

I am the head master of my league, R9 THE GOAT.

i have a bug in the applications tab.

Either I choose Accept or Decline, it won’t go away.

Please find the enclosed video for reference, and fix it.
