Dear EA Support Team,

I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to formally appeal the temporary suspension placed on my EA FC Mobile account, which I believe has occurred by mistake.

Account Details:

  • Game: EA FC Mobile
  • Account UID: <REMOVED>
  • Suspension Message: “Suspended Account [0x00102710] – banned for hours

I would like to respectfully state that I have not violated any EA Terms of Service or Fair Play rules. I do not use cheats, hacks, bots, VPN manipulation, third-party software, or exploit any in-game bugs. I strictly play the game in a fair and legitimate manner.

This suspension has come as a surprise to me, as I have always maintained fair gameplay and followed EA’s guidelines. I believe this may be due to an automated system error, false detection, or unusual in-game activity mistakenly flagged.

Even there’s No Penalty History in help.ea.com

I kindly request you to:

  • Review my account activity manually
  • Reconsider and remove the suspension
  • Provide clarification if any specific action triggered this ban, so I can avoid it in the future

EA FC Mobile is a game I genuinely enjoy, and I value my account and progress deeply. I assure you of my continued compliance with all EA rules and fair play policies.

    If you feel an action was placed on your account incorrectly, please create an appeal with these steps so our Terms of Service team can take another look. They'll have the tools and records necessary to review this for you.

    We're unable to make any changes or discuss details of your account here on the forums, but please keep an eye on your case history page once that appeal is created and the ToS team will reach back out once that review is complete. Thanks!

    Dear Sir,EA_Mako​                   
    It has been 48 hours since I was informed after appealing that an EA representative would contact me via email regarding my suspended EA FC Mobile account. No communication has been received so far.

    It’s Unacceptable moreover a disgrace as you’ll lack Responsibility towards your own players.

    Even you doesn’t care about people’s time and effort, all you want is money. Then you’ll ban accounts, so people will waste their money and time making another one.

  • Today morning I’ve received a mail to my respond of my filed appeal for Suspending my account without any reason, and received a reply that I’m Cheating??

    I play on an IPhone 11  which is an IOS Device. If your support team doesn’t know. I’m Specifying it :

    iPhone 11- IOS Device

    Without any review I’m just reciving an Automated false flagged mail. Even With no Penalty history, which suggests it’s Automated. No one dared to check it if it’s true.

    how worthless EA is. Even I’ve wasted Thousand of grand on my account, moreover my precious time. 
    More specifically I’m A Doctor, I’ve put my earnings here for this? 

    An Unnecessary Ban??
