Bị cấm acc

My fc mobile account got suspended for no reason. It's showing "Your account has been banned for an hour." No specific time or days are mentioned. . I cannot log in to my account because of the suspension. I don't understand if it's a ban or a suspended penalty.EA technical team, Just check my account; I don't have any penalty in penalty history. I want to know, how can I remove the suspension from my account? totally unacceptable without any warning how EA can ban older user accounts from playing FC Mobile since For a very long time.

 

I have been suspended for more than 6 days.....can I at least know when the suspension is due cos I just wan the ban to be lifted

    We can't look into bans through the EA forums, but if you send in a ban appeal using the steps below, our Terms of Service team can check this out for you: 

    If you’re a mobile player, can’t sign in to your EA Account, or don’t see the violation you want to appeal listed in the Penalty History tool, use this webform instead.

    • Open the webform
    • Fill out the form with as much detail as possible.
    • Select Submit.
    • Then select Email us.
    •  

    Your case will be sent to our dedicated team for review. You can expect an email from noreply@ea.com within 10 days, though sometimes it takes longer. The email will give you more information about our decision and how to dispute it if you think we’ve made a mistake.
