Ban for hours😐
My fc mobile account got suspended for no reason. It's showing "Your account has been banned for hours." No specific time or days are mentioned. . I cannot log in to my account because of the suspension. I don't understand if it's a ban or a suspended penalty.EA technical team, Just check my account; I don't have any penalty in penalty history. I want to know, how can I remove the suspension from my account?I am waiting for this.. Many days.This has dampened my spirits for I was waiting to get back into playing the game. I highly approach you asking for my ban to be lifted so I can enjoy the game as much as possible during these vacation i want to play...

You can't remove it yourself, but our Terms of Service team can overturn bans if their investigation reveals that no rules were broken and the ban was applied mistakenly.
If you feel there's been a mix-up with your ban/suspension, you can send in a ban appeal to our Terms of Service team, and they'll take a look into it for you. Here's how:
- Open the webform.
- Fill out the form with as much detail as possible.
- Select Submit.
- Then select Email us.
Your case will be sent to our dedicated team for review. You can expect an email from noreply@ea.com within 10 days, though sometimes it takes longer. The email will give you more information about our decision and how to dispute it if you think we’ve made a mistake.
